1. The service and age requirement
Rema is an upcycling community for guessing how everyday objects become new works, sharing making steps, and talking with makers. You must be 18 or older and actively accept these terms and the privacy policy on the sign-in or registration form.
2. Your account
Use an email address you are entitled to use and keep your password private. The current development version uses a derived identity compatibility scheme and does not support password recovery or password changes. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your content
You retain rights in your uploads and allow Rema to store and display them according to the visibility you choose. Upload only material you own or have permission to use. Do not publish illegal content, abuse, harassment, sexual content involving minors, exploitation, fraud, another person's private information without consent, or material that infringes another person's rights.
4. Make responsibly
Community projects are not professional engineering or safety advice. Assess the risks of tools, electricity, heat, chemicals, and materials before trying a project. Challenge guesses and results are for learning; the app does not promise a prize, wager, or monetary return.
5. Publishing and interaction
Works publish directly. You can report content and block accounts in the app. The app does not provide automated review or promise a response deadline. Blocking changes your own view and does not guarantee that another account cannot view public content.
6. In-app purchases
Coin top-ups use Apple's native in-app purchase flow, which displays the payable price. Theme packs are unlocked by spending the displayed ReGlow balance; they do not use a separate Apple product. Coins are credited after device-side StoreKit verification and account storage. Sending applause gifts spends the corresponding balance. Coins do not expire and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or transferred. Gifts do not generate income for makers. Coins and theme entitlements are associated with the Rema account. Restoring purchases does not issue consumable coins again. Network failures may delay credits or gift display, and unfinished orders are retried. Refunds follow Apple's rules and applicable law; transaction revocation may result in a corresponding balance adjustment.
7. Availability and account closure
Network failures may interrupt content, calls, or purchases. You can sign out or close your account in Settings. Account closure currently disables client sign-in while retaining server records. It does not imply deletion of data or revocation of backend tokens. Contact EgansTraughber8985@outlook.com for erasure requests.
8. Contact and updates
For questions, rights complaints, or safety concerns, email EgansTraughber8985@outlook.com. These terms may be revised as the service changes. Material changes require an updated consent record in the app. These terms do not remove rights granted to you by applicable law.
